Overview

Job Title: Chiropractic Therapy Assistant.

Location: Oak Lawn / Downtown Dallas

Job Type: Full-Time (35–40 hours/week)

Work Setting: In-person

Busy chiropractic office in Downtown Dallas area looking for a highly motivated, energetic individual to staff our front desk and therapy area. Must possess effective phone and computer skills and be very comfortable multi-tasking and interacting with our patients both face-to-face and over the phone. Our mission is to help patients move better, reduce pain, and restore function through evidence-based chiropractic care and advanced therapeutic technology. Our clinic integrates laser therapy, spinal decompression therapy, electrical stimulation, shockwave therapy and corrective exercise programming to deliver high-quality, conservative musculoskeletal care.

Experience

• Candidates with prior back-office experience in chiropractic, physical therapy, orthopedic, or
• rehabilitation clinics
• Individuals passionate about spinal health, biomechanics, and functional movement.
• Students pursuing Physical Therapy, Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Pre-Chiropractic, or
• related fields who have consistent weekday availability and can commit to scheduled hours

Responsibilities

Clinical Support

• Assist with therapeutic modalities including laser therapy, spinal decompression, ultrasound, and electrical stimulation
• Guide patients through corrective exercises and stretching protocols
• Reinforce home exercise instruction and proper movement mechanics
• Maintain treatment flow and prepare clinical spaces

Front Office Support

• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Assist with patient check-in/check-out
• Answer phones and maintain accurate records

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills
• Professional, organized, and proactive
• Comfortable in a fast-paced clinical setting
• Basic computer proficiency
• Healthcare experience preferred but not required
• ChiroTouch experience a plus
