- Help organize trip details, itineraries, and reservation information
- Provide professional support through phone, email, and virtual communication platforms
- Maintain accurate client records and planning documentation
- Share destination information, travel updates, and promotional opportunities
- Support clients throughout the planning process and assist with follow-up communication
- Participate in virtual training sessions and professional development programs
