The Controller will lead day-to-day accounting operations and financial reporting for the company. This person will be responsible for building reliable financial processes, producing timely and accurate reporting, improving internal controls, and partnering closely with the leadership team.

The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in a growing healthcare business where the finance function needs to be both disciplined and practical. This role is well suited for someone who can manage the basics exceptionally well while also helping the company prepare for future growth.

Strong Excel and financial systems skills

High attention to detail and strong sense of ownership

Ability to communicate clearly with both finance and non-finance stakeholders

Ideal Candidate Profile

The right candidate will be someone who takes pride in creating order, accuracy, and discipline inside a growing business. They should be comfortable rolling up their sleeves, improving processes, and working closely with operators.

This is not a purely reporting role. It is a chance to help build the financial backbone of a healthcare company with meaningful growth potential.
