Reports to: Chief Marketing Officer

The Role

As CoreViva’s Social Media Manager, you will steer our brand story across social media channels. You will craft compelling content that connects with our multiple audiences (i.e., consumers, patients, employers, physicians, etc.), inspires engagement, action, and reflects our patient-first commitment.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

  • Social Strategy & Channel Growth
    • Develop and execute on CoreViva’ s organic social media strategy across Instagram/Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube and emerging platforms.
    • Build platform-specific growth strategies designed to increase reach, engagement, followers, and overall brand awareness.
    • Identify social trends, cultural moments, sounds, and platform opportunities relevant to the preventive health and longevity space.
    • Translate performance insights into actionable content optimizations and growth opportunities.
    • Identify high-performing organic content suitable for paid amplification.
  • Paid Social Advertising
    • Plan, launch, and manage paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms to support brand awareness building, lead generation, and conversion goals.
    • Understand audience targeting, budget allocation, and creative testing to improve efficiency and performance over time.
    • Utilize top-performing organic content for paid amplification and adapt creative/copy for paid-specific formats and placements.
    • Track and report on paid social performance (CPM, CTR, CPA, ROAS) and translate results into optimization recommendations.
  • Content Planning & Creative Leadership
    • Own the monthly social media content calendar and publishing cadence.
    • Lead social-first campaign planning around new services, educational tracks tied to health prevention, longevity, and disease topics, and founder content.
    • Concept and oversee short-form video content tied to consumer/persona journeys for preventive health services, education, and creator-style storytelling.
    • Ensure freelancers, creators, and internal teams execute content aligned with CoreViva’s brand vision.
    • Ensure all social content maintains CoreViva’ s visual and verbal brand identity.
  • Community Management
    • Own day-to-day community engagement across all channels, including timely, on-brand responses to comments, DMs, and mentions.
    • Build and nurture relationships with community members, patients, and brand advocates to deepen brand loyalty.
    • Monitor social channels for sentiment, questions, and emerging issues, flagging and escalating sensitive or inappropriate topics. 
    • Maintain and evolve community guidelines and response messaging to ensure consistent tone, accuracy, and compliance.
  • Performance & Analytics
    • Monitor KPIs including engagement, follower growth, video views, saves, shares, traffic, EMV, and social-driven revenue.
    • Prepare monthly performance reports with recommendations and strategic insights.
    • Analyze competitor activity and emerging platform behavior to keep CoreViva ahead of trends.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Partner closely with influencer marketing, creative, patient experience, and content and digital marketing team members
    • Partner with Clinical and Legal/Compliance teams to appropriately escalate and resolve sensitive or medical-related community inquiries.

Who You Are

  • 0-2 years of social media experience within health and wellness, healthcare, and/or consumer brand, or relevant industry experience.
  • Ability to turn complex topics including medical/scientific into clear, compelling, consumer-friendly content.
  • Creative and curious with strong creative instincts with an eye for social-first storytelling
  • Proven success, growing social channels and meaningful engagement.
  • Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and short-form content ecosystems
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Strong communication and copywriting abilities
  • Experience using social scheduling and analytics platforms.
  • Experience with photography, video editing, and the creator experience. 
  • Energized by working in a mission-driven, fast-moving, collaborative environment.
