Develop and implement a social media/online engagement plan that will establish a more consistent social media presence across our current platform mix of Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. Work with the management team to create a budget to be in alignment with this plan.
Create, implement and manage an optimal posting calendar on a monthly basis
Create consistent engaging text, image, and video content using all available resources currently available including drone/areal video and images
Work with the operations and production teams to determine which upcoming projects have the highest potential to generate positive customer engagement and traffic with a proactive approach to ensure the coordination between the social media and the work flow of the project are in alignment.
Monitor, track and generate monthly reports on social media traffic and customer engagement metrics using available platform data.
Identify other potential media platforms that are currently not being used to determine the cost/benefit of expansion into those platforms based on current trends

Reach out to current/past customers in order to solicit feedback to generate an increase in online reviews, referrals and recommendations to tie into the social media program
Create, manage and implement a customer reward/loyalty program
Create quick, individualized thank-you responses to customer online reviews

Identify, attend, and track potential community based events and shows with the main intent of creating a fun and positive customer engagement
Develop, and maintain a company philanthropic program that is in alignment with our core values and vision.
