Electric RAYS is a growing wellness company looking for a driven, people-focused Sales Coordinator to join our corporate team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, coaching others, and helping teams succeed while growing their own career.

In this role, you'll work alongside company leadership to help drive sales performance across multiple studio locations. You'll coach team members, track key performance metrics, support sales initiatives, and help create an exceptional client experience.

This is a hands-on role. You'll spend time working with teams, providing real-time coaching, and helping create consistent sales processes that support studio success.

What You'll Do

• Coach and support studio teams to improve sales performance.
• Track KPIs and identify opportunities for growth.
• Help create and improve sales processes and best practices.
• Support membership growth and client retention.
• Conduct studio visits to provide coaching and feedback.
• Partner with leadership on promotions and sales initiatives.
• Help create an engaging, goal-oriented culture across all studio locations.

Experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, wellness, or other customer-facing roles is a plus—but we're ultimately looking for someone with the right attitude, work ethic, and desire to grow.
