Position Overview – Assistant to the General Manager
The Assistant to the General Manager supports day-to-day operations across the property, including hotel, restaurant, and events. This role works directly with the General Manager on a wide range of responsibilities, from administrative tasks to guest experience and operational coordination.
This is a hands-on position ideal for someone interested in hospitality, real estate, or business operations, offering exposure to both front and back of house in a fast-paced, high-end environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the General Manager with daily operational tasks and special projects
- Coordinate scheduling, hiring outreach, and interview logistics
- Communicate with vendors and assist with ordering and procurement
- Support event and wedding coordination as needed
- Help manage guest inquiries and ensure a high-quality guest experience
- Assist with administrative tasks including emails, documents, and reporting
- Step in to support front desk or service teams when needed

- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Interest in hospitality, events, or business operations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
Employment Details
