Business Operations Intern

As a Summer Business Operations Intern, you will work on meaningful projects across multiple areas of the business, gaining exposure to how a global premium consumer goods company operates and grows.

You will support a range of departments, including Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Product Development, Operations, Customer Experience, Finance, and Data Analysis. Typical responsibilities may include:

• Supporting the analysis of sales performance, promotions and customer insights.
• Assisting with product and packaging research, competitor analysis and innovation projects.
• Helping improve internal processes, reporting and cross-functional collaboration.
• Contributing to supply chain projects, stock analysis and process improvement initiatives.
• Analysing customer feedback and data to enhance the customer experience.
• Supporting the Finance team with data analysis, reporting, budgeting and ad hoc projects.
• Working with data and Excel to create reports, insights and recommendations that support business decisions.
• Collaborating with experienced professionals on business improvement initiatives across the organisation.
