Office Assistant

We are seeking a proactive and organized Office Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support and ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the organization. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, possesses excellent communication skills, and can effectively manage multiple responsibilities while working independently and collaboratively in a technology-driven environment.

 

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence professionally.
  • Prepare, edit, and maintain documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Organize and maintain electronic and physical filing systems.
  • Assist with data entry, record keeping, and document management.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and meeting logistics when required.
  • Support internal teams with administrative tasks and special projects.
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality of company and client information.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
  • Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; an associate's degree is a plus.
  • Previous experience in an administrative, clerical, or office support role preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a digital work environment.

  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with CRM, document management, or office management software.
  • Comfortable using virtual communication and collaboration tools.
  • Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace to support virtual collaboration when needed.
