Clicki Referrals is building the future referral system for small businesses. We help home service companies generate more referrals, reviews, and revenue by making word-of-mouth growth easier to launch, track, and reward.
We are looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their sales career who wants real experience, real responsibility, and the chance to grow inside a fast-moving startup.
As an SDR, you will be on the front lines of Clicki’s growth. You will reach out to service business owners and operators, start conversations, qualify opportunities, and book demos for our sales team. You will learn how to prospect, communicate value, handle rejection, manage follow-up, and build pipeline in a real B2B sales environment.
What You’ll Do
Conduct outbound prospecting through phone calls, email, LinkedIn, and other channels
Research service businesses and identify strong-fit prospects
Start conversations with business owners and decision-makers
Qualify leads and schedule product demos for the sales team
Follow up with inbound leads quickly and professionally
Keep activity, notes, and follow-up tasks organized in our CRM
Work with sales and marketing to test messaging and improve outreach
Learn the Clicki product, customer stories, sales process, and market
Bring energy, consistency, and a high level of ownership every day

Previous sales, customer service, retail, call center, or business experience is a plus, but not required. Attitude, work ethic, and coachability matter most.
