Administrative Assistant

AMMARCO, INC. is looking for an organized and motivated Administrative Assistant to join our team. This entry-level role is a great opportunity for someone starting their career in office administration, offering hands-on experience supporting the daily operations of a growing IT and integrated solutions company.

Responsibilities

  • Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
  • Schedule appointments and manage staff calendars
  • Prepare and organize documents, quotes, and invoices
  • Maintain accurate records and filing systems
  • Assist with data entry and general office support
  • Coordinate with technicians and other departments as needed

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office / Google Workspace)
