Operations Manager
Lustrous Metal Coatings is seeking an Operations Manager to join our team. This person would work directly with the VP of Operations and oversee the entire production, quality, and personnel process. This includes managing coating lines, enforcing safety and chemical compliance, optimizing equipment uptime, and ensuring output meets industry specifications and customer requirements.
Responsibilities
- Optimizing bath chemistries
- Maintaining safety standards
- Achieving profitability goals
- Ensuring compliance with strict federal, state, and local environmental and quality regulations
- Managing the operation of finishing equipment, analytical laboratories, and quality inspections
- Ensuring parts meet customer specifications
- Assigning personnel, leading shift teams, and handling employee relations
Qualifications
- Knowledge in chemistry and metal finishing processes
- Management skills in operational or manufacturing management experience
- Engineering or Business degree
Shift 7AM-3PM
$20-$25/hour depending on experience
