In this entry-level position, you will support teams responsible for creating and executing programmatic media plans using industry-leading technology platforms. Your Impact & Responsibilities
As an Associate on our Programmatic team, your day-to-day responsibilities may include:
- Campaign Strategy: Supporting the implementation of client campaign objectives into programmatic activation strategies, audiences, and inventory opportunities.
- Pacing & Optimization: Managing campaigns by ensuring budgets are pacing effectively and tactics are being optimized towards relevant objectives and KPIs.
- Operations: Assisting team members with operational tasks including budget management, billing, and campaign creative trafficking.
- Collaboration: Working with members of the broader digital account teams—including planning, investment, operations, and analytics.
- Publisher Relations: Working with publishers to implement, troubleshoot, and optimize programmatic deals to help secure access to high-quality media inventory.
- Reporting & Insights: Maintaining reports used to identify opportunities for campaign improvement and keeping stakeholders informed on campaign performance.
- Tech Development: Developing your technical skillset in the utilization of digital ad technology platforms such as DSPs, Ad Servers, DMPs, and Third-Party Verification tools.
- Team Support: Providing limited administrative support, including scheduling and coordinating meetings across the team.
Skills & Experience
We are looking for curious, motivated, and collaborative early career talent. We encourage you to apply if you bring some or all of the following:
- A strong interest in digital media, advertising, technology, or marketing.
- A desire to develop a technical skillset utilizing programmatic ad platforms (DSPs, Ad Servers, etc.).
- Basic comfort with data, analytical thinking, and problem-solving (experience with Excel is a plus!).
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to assist with operational tasks like budget tracking and reporting.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team-player mindset.
- Adaptability, curiosity, and a drive to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior internship experience in advertising, marketing, business, or a related field is a plus, but not required!
