Job Title: PT ANIMAL SHELTER ATTENDANT Job #1111-1

Salary Range/Pay Rate: $14.61 per hour

The County is currently accepting applications for the position of PT Animal Shelter Attendant. This position washes, cleans, sanitizes, and disinfects animal cages; feeds and waters the animals; maintains an inventory of animal food, cleaning supplies, various chemicals and shelter supplies; and assists with adoptions and answering telephone as needed. Works approximately 19 hours per week. No more than 999 hours per calendar year.

Minimum Qualifications & Requirements

Requires high school diploma. Previous clerical and/or Animal Shelter experience preferred.
