Operations Manager (Advertising/Project/Vendor/Marketing)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead operational planning and execution for the AAM and PH teams.
- Act as the primary liaison between leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Develop and improve processes, communications, meetings, and resource planning.
- Manage external vendors and internal stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Drive continuous process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
- Support business operations through budget management, performance tracking, and reporting dashboards.
- Coordinate strategic communications and marketing operations initiatives.
- Develop project plans, roadmaps, milestones, and execution strategies.
- Track marketing asset usage and prepare performance reports.
- Manage the lifecycle and organization of marketing assets and documentation.
- Partner with administrative and business teams to support operational priorities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree.
- 5–7 years of experience in operations, project management, marketing operations, or vendor management.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Experience managing cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects and work effectively in ambiguous situations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication with executive-level presentation abilities.
- Experience building relationships and influencing stakeholders without direct authority.
- Proficiency with reporting tools, dashboards, and operational documentation.
- Ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in supporting marketing organizations or marketing operations.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and modern project management practices.
- Familiarity with AI tools and digital collaboration platforms.
- Experience with marketing asset management systems and reporting tools.
