Operations Manager (Advertising/Project/Vendor/Marketing)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead operational planning and execution for the AAM and PH teams.
  • Act as the primary liaison between leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Develop and improve processes, communications, meetings, and resource planning.
  • Manage external vendors and internal stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Drive continuous process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
  • Support business operations through budget management, performance tracking, and reporting dashboards.
  • Coordinate strategic communications and marketing operations initiatives.
  • Develop project plans, roadmaps, milestones, and execution strategies.
  • Track marketing asset usage and prepare performance reports.
  • Manage the lifecycle and organization of marketing assets and documentation.
  • Partner with administrative and business teams to support operational priorities.

 

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 5–7 years of experience in operations, project management, marketing operations, or vendor management.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Experience managing cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects and work effectively in ambiguous situations.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication with executive-level presentation abilities.
  • Experience building relationships and influencing stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Proficiency with reporting tools, dashboards, and operational documentation.
  • Ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly.

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in supporting marketing organizations or marketing operations.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and modern project management practices.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and digital collaboration platforms.
  • Experience with marketing asset management systems and reporting tools.
