We provide comprehensive training on our products, client experience standards, and consultative sales approach. We are looking for people who enjoy working with others, learn quickly, and want to build valuable professional skills that will benefit them throughout their careers.

What You'll Do
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

• Build meaningful relationships with clients by providing an exceptional luxury customer experience from their first visit through final delivery.

• Guide clients through consultations, appointments, and personalized jewelry selections while creating a welcoming and memorable experience.

• Coordinate custom jewelry projects, special orders, resizing requests, repairs, and follow-up appointments.

• Partner closely with jewelers, production teams, and showroom staff to ensure every client receives outstanding service.

• Monitor project timelines and proactively communicate updates throughout the customer's journey.

• Create an elevated showroom experience by anticipating client needs and maintaining a warm, hospitality-driven environment.

• Learn consultative communication techniques that help clients make confident purchasing decisions without pressure.

• Maintain an organized, polished showroom that reflects the quality and craftsmanship of our luxury brand.
