Position Overview
Forge Truck Centers is seeking a detail-oriented and execution-focused Marketing Intern to support the day-to-day execution of marketing initiatives while gaining hands-on experience across social media, brand management, content organization, reporting, and marketing operations. This role is ideal for a motivated student looking to build marketing experience in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with the planning, creation, scheduling, and publishing of social media content across company channels
Support community management by monitoring comments, messages, and customer interactions while escalating inquiries as needed
Help maintain and update the monthly social media content calendar
Manage company promotional merchandise (swag), including inventory tracking, ordering, and distribution for employees, customers, and events
Organize and maintain marketing assets, including photos, videos, logos, templates, and creative files to ensure easy accessibility across the team
Assist in tracking and reporting marketing performance by compiling campaign metrics and preparing reports for the marketing team
Document and organize internal marketing processes, workflows, and best practices to improve efficiency and consistency
Provide administrative support for marketing initiatives, including coordinating projects, updating spreadsheets, scheduling meetings, and assisting with day-to-day team operations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support marketing campaigns, events, and brand initiatives as needed
Qualifications
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing best practices
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or social media management tools is a plus
Self-motivated, eager to learn, and able to manage multiple projects

What We Offer
Hourly Rate: $17/hour
Fall Semester: 14-17 hours per week for 14 weeks
