Part-Time Front Desk and Marketing Assistant

Support role assisting the Director of First Impressions and Marketing Director with daily office needs, client-facing tasks, and special projects.

Duties will include answering phones, greeting clients, scanning, copying, printing, filing, handling mail, setting up conference rooms, keeping client areas neat and polished, organizing and creating marketing folders, updating databases, and helping wherever else needed.

This role is ideal for someone dependable, friendly, flexible, able to follow directions, and willing to jump in on whatever helps the office run smoothly.
