Job Description:

Metadata is the AI-native demand generation platform that automates paid B2B marketing at scale, based in Clearwater, FL. We build AI into everything we do - and we want a Marketing Intern who's ready to do the same. You'll work on real B2B demand-gen campaigns with measurable impact, and walk away with a portfolio of shipped work.

Responsibilities:

- Support paid and organic campaign execution (LinkedIn, paid social, email)

- Create marketing collateral - social posts, landing-page copy, email sequences, one-pagers

- Analyze campaign performance data and surface insights

- Assist with content, events, and demand-gen experiments

- Use AI tools to accelerate content creation and research

Qualifications:

- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business

- Native, daily use of AI tools (Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, Claude Cowork, Claude Design) - core to how we work

- Sharp writing and an eye for detail

- Data-curious - comfortable digging into campaign numbers

- Bonus: HubSpot, Google Analytics, Canva, or social schedulers
