Digital Product Design & Website Intern
High Peaks Group advises mid-sized professional services firms on the structural work that lets a firm perform as one organization, and you'll own real work that reaches real clients. Nothing here is busywork.
Imagine this on your resume:
- Designed and launched an interactive lead-generation tool and shipped pages of a live company website.
What you'll do:
- Build out pages of HPG's new website in Framer, working from established copy and direction.
- Design and ship a lead-generating diagnostic: a self-assessment or calculator that shows a firm the hidden cost of an operating model it has outgrown.
- As needed, help turn HPG's economic logic into reusable models the firm uses in client work.
Skills you'll gain
- Build and ship real web pages in a modern visual tool, from direction to published result.
- Take an interactive tool from idea to launch and watch it capture real leads.
- Translate business logic into a model a non-technical user can actually use.
- Figure tools out on your own and make calls about clean, usable design.
You'll need to be:
Design-minded and technically comfortable. You either know Framer or will learn it fast, you like building things people use, and you have a sense for clean visual design. Preferred: Any Framer or Webflow experience, a little JavaScript, or comfort building spreadsheet models.
Support & mentorship:
- You'll report directly to the founder and meet weekly to review what you've shipped, set the next build, and get specific feedback. You'll sit in on real client conversations and close the ten weeks by presenting what you built and learned.
