Marketing & Advertising Intern

Responsibilities

  • Assist with marketing and advertising campaigns for client events, including educational seminars, dinner presentations, workshops, and community outreach activities.
  • Support social media content creation, scheduling, monitoring, and campaign planning across various platforms.
  • Assist with email marketing initiatives and direct mail campaigns.
  • Help develop, edit, and proofread marketing materials, promotional content, and client communications.
  • Maintain organization of marketing assets, campaign materials, and advisor resources.
  • Support brand consistency across print, digital, and event marketing materials.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and audience research to support marketing strategies.
  • Assist with tracking project timelines, campaign deliverables, and marketing deadlines.
  • Collaborate with team members on special marketing projects and promotional initiatives.
  • Provide administrative support for marketing activities as needed.

 

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Digital Media, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Professional attitude, appearance, and communication style.
  • Creative mindset with an interest in marketing strategy and campaign development.
  • Dependable, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
