Retirement Benefits Business Operations Intern (Part-Time)

FALL 2026

Location: Austin, TX
Internship Duration: September 14, 2026 – December 4, 2026
Schedule: Part-Time, 20 hours per week

Are you looking to gain hands-on experience in benefits administration, financial operations, and business processes? We're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Retirement Benefits Administration Intern to join our team. This internship offers valuable exposure to retirement plan administration while providing real-world experience in document management, quality assurance, and financial auditing.

This is an excellent opportunity for students interested in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related fields who are eager to build practical skills in a professional environment.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with senior analysts to research and analyze data. 
  • Customer Service
  • Assist in financial spreadsheets.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to account review and auditing.
  • Contribute to document validation and document imaging lifecycle.

 

Qualifications

  • Active undergraduate student at an institution of higher learning.
  • Interest in pursuing a career in Business Management or Finance with a strong desire to learn
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Minimum GPA of 2.7

 

Compensation

  • Undergraduate Students: $18.00 per hour
