Customer Service Representative

Total Appliance & Air Conditioning is seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service while coordinating appointments and supporting our technicians.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries professionally.
  • Schedule service appointments and dispatch technicians efficiently.
  • Assist customers with questions regarding appliance repair and HVAC services.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update service information.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any concerns.
  • Process invoices, payments, and other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Work closely with the service team to ensure timely and effective communication.

Qualifications:

  • Previous customer service or office experience preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency with computers and office software.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude, dependable, and team-oriented.
  • Experience in the appliance repair or HVAC industry is a plus but not required.
