Important: This is a fully in-person position located in Midtown Manhattan. Employees work on-site Monday through Friday, and all stages of the interview process are conducted in person at our office. Remote and hybrid work options are not available at the moment.
Lega-Nova Group is seeking motivated graduates and early-career professionals to join our Management Trainee Program. This is an opportunity to develop leadership, sales, marketing, and client relationship skills while working directly with business clients in a professional, face-to-face environment.
Our management training program begins with hands-on experience in business-to-business (B2B) client acquisition and relationship management. Through structured training, mentorship, and performance-based advancement, you'll develop the skills needed to grow into future leadership opportunities within the organization.

What You'll Learn

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree completed or anticipated
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and coachable mindset
- Goal-oriented with a strong work ethic
- Comfortable working in a professional, client-facing environment
- Internship, leadership, athletics, customer service, hospitality, or sales experience is a plus but not required
