Oaks Roofing & Siding is hiring motivated individuals looking to start a career in sales and the home improvement industry. We hire for attitude, train for skill, and promote from within.

This is an entry-level, full-time opportunity with paid training, uncapped commission, and clear career paths into Sales, Estimating, Leadership, and Management.

What You'll Do

• Meet homeowners in local neighborhoods
• Start conversations about roofing, siding, windows, gutters, and exterior home improvements
• Schedule free home inspections
• Represent the Oaks brand with professionalism
• Track appointments using company-provided tablets
• Attend ongoing training and team meetings

Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales is helpful—but not required.

Schedule

Monday-Thursday: 11:30 AM – 7:30 PM

Friday: 11:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Occasional Saturdays and travel may be required.

Compensation

This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position with training pay available during onboarding.

You'll earn through:

Requirements: High school diploma (or equivalent) and a valid driver's license. Reliable transportation is preferred.
