Position Overview

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and detail-oriented Remote Customer Support Specialist to join our customer service team. In this role, you will assist customers by answering questions, resolving issues, processing requests, and delivering outstanding support through phone, email, and live chat.

The Customer Support Specialist will work closely with other departments to ensure customer concerns are resolved efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and email.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Reliable internet connection and personal computer.

Preferred (but not required)

  • Previous customer service, call center, or customer support experience.
  • Experience using CRM software such as Salesforce, Zendesk, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
  • Experience supporting customers through phone, email, or live chat.

Work Location

This is a 100% remote position. Applicants from any location are welcome, provided they have reliable internet access and the ability to work from home.

Salary & Compensation

Hourly Pay: $22 – $30 per hour (depending on experience)
