Job Overview
The Procurement & Product Trainee will support daily purchasing activities, product lifecycle management, and vendor coordination. This entry‑level role is ideal for someone who wants to learn how electronic component distribution works, develop strong supplier relationships, and gain hands‑on experience.

Duties

  • Assist in sourcing to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery of products.
  • Support procurement activities by processing and expediting purchase orders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on logistics to optimize supply chain efficiency.
  • Help update product catalogs in database for various commodities.
  • Support product pricing analysis, including competitive research
  • Create documentation of procurement processes.

Skills

  • Associate or Bachelor’s Degree related to Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Well versed in Microsoft 365 applications, especially Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point, SharePoint, One Drive, and Copilot
  • Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced, detail‑oriented environment.
  • Analytical mindset and willingness to learn procurement systems and tools.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective negotiation with suppliers and collaboration across teams.
  • Proactive attitude with a keen interest in e-commerce operations and logistics coordination.
