About the Role
SORA is looking for a driven, relationship-focused Boutique Wholesale & Partnerships Manager to help build our retail presence across gyms, pilates studios, yoga studios, wellness boutiques, training facilities, nutrition shops, med spas, and other premium women-focused retail environments.
This is not just a basic sales role. You will help build one of SORA’s most important early growth channels from the ground up — identifying ideal retail partners, opening new accounts, supporting reorder growth, and helping SORA become a trusted brand in women’s fitness, wellness, and performance communities.
Responsibilities
- Identify and contact potential wholesale accounts including gyms, pilates studios, yoga studios, boutique fitness studios, wellness retailers, med spas, training facilities, and specialty retail shops
- Build relationships with owners, managers, instructors, coaches, and retail buyers
- Present SORA’s brand story, product benefits, wholesale program, pricing, and retail opportunity
- Manage outreach, follow-up, samples, account onboarding, and reorder communication
- Help new retail partners understand how to merchandise, sample, and sell SORA effectively
- Track prospects, accounts, orders, reorders, and follow-up activity
- Gather feedback from retail partners and customers to help improve sales materials, flavor strategy, merchandising, and channel execution
- Represent SORA professionally in the fitness, wellness, and women’s performance community
- Support local events, studio activations, pop-ups, sampling opportunities, and partnership campaigns as needed
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is outgoing, organized, self-motivated, and comfortable selling through relationships. She understands fitness, wellness, women’s health, boutique retail, or athletic communities and is excited to help grow a purpose-driven brand.
- Strong candidates may come from backgrounds such as:
- Fitness, pilates, yoga, wellness, or boutique studio environments
- Retail sales or wholesale account management
- Sports, athletics, coaching, or training
- Health, nutrition, exercise science, or kinesiology
- Brand ambassador, influencer, or community-building roles
- Business, marketing, entrepreneurship, or communications
Qualifications
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable reaching out to new businesses and following up consistently
- Organized and able to manage a pipeline of prospects and accounts
- Self-starter who can work independently and take ownership
- Interest in women’s fitness, wellness, nutrition, or athletics
- Sales experience preferred but not required for the right person
- Existing relationships with gyms, studios, wellness businesses, or boutique retailers are a plus
Compensation
This role includes a base/ramp compensation plus uncapped commission, with a strong path to meaningful earnings as the wholesale channel grows.
Potential structure:
- Base/ramp compensation during the initial program-building period
- Commission on opening wholesale orders
- Commission on reorder sales from managed accounts
- Performance bonuses for new account growth, reorder milestones, and revenue targets
- Uncapped upside for high performers
