Business Development Representative (BD Rep)

Location: Pittsburgh / Boston / Madison / Edison / Champaign (Onsite)

A leading global food delivery platform focused on Asian cuisine, connecting local restaurants with customers through innovative technology and localized operations.

Compensation:

Base Salary: $48,000 - $68,000 + Commission + Bonus

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct market research to identify high-potential Asian/Chinese restaurants.

2. Manage end-to-end merchant acquisition including outreach, negotiation, and onboarding.

3. Provide merchant support including training, system setup, and operational guidance.

4. Perform regular merchant visits and optimize performance (orders, revenue growth).

5. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, logistics) to improve merchant outcomes.

6. Build long-term partnerships with merchants and enhance merchant experience.

Requirements:

1. Experience in business development, sales, or related fields preferred (New grads welcome).

2. Strong communication and negotiation skills with ability to close deals independently.

3. Comfortable with cold outreach and field sales (ground promotion).

4. Strong time management and ability to multitask.

5. Experience in internet/tech companies is a plus.

6. Must have a valid driver's license and own a vehicle.

7. Bilingual (Chinese & English) required.
