In-Home Sales Representative — Roofing, Siding & Windows | Chicago Suburbs

Professional Home Improvement is hiring an experienced in-home sales representative to join our growing team in the Chicago suburbs. We install roofing, siding, windows, gutters, and doors for homeowners across the area, and we're looking for someone who's great at building trust, understanding what a homeowner actually needs, and guiding them to the right solution.

This is a strong fit if you have a background in in-home sales and want uncapped earning potential with a company that's small enough that your work is noticed and rewarded.

What you'll do

• Run scheduled appointments with homeowners (leads provided through our marketing) and develop your own referrals and network over time
• Assess each home, explain product and project options clearly, and provide accurate estimates
• Build genuine relationships that lead to sales and long-term referrals
• Represent the company professionally from the first handshake through project hand-off

What we offer

• Realistic first-year earnings of $100,000–$200,000+, commission-based and uncapped
• $500 weekly draw against commission, with pay issued every Friday

What you bring

• A proven track record in in-home sales (roofing, siding, solar, HVAC, windows, or similar)
