Fall Government Affairs Intern

Greenlee Partners, a government affairs firm located in Harrisburg, PA, is currently considering candidates for our fall internship. We offer a paid, in-person, internship to students or recent graduates looking to gain practical experience in state politics. Greenlee Partners is a premier lobbying firm with a historic reputation in Pennsylvania’s State Capitol and beyond. 

Our internship is open to any student or recent graduate interested in Business/Business Administration, Political Science and Government, Public Relations, Research and Development, and/or Law, and other majors.  

We are looking for candidates with relatively open and flexible schedules, who would be available between 8am and 5pm on non-session days, and 8am-5pm or later on session days. 

At this time, session days for the fall are as follows, these dates are subject to change:

September: 28, 29, 30

October: 5, 6, 7, 19, 20, 21

November 9, 10, 17, 18

Our Fall internship starts Mid/End of August and continues through Mid/End of December. Thus, interested candidates can expect a start date around the middle of August.

We are accepting resumes and cover letters for our Fall internship until July 19th, 2026.

Select candidates should expect pre-screening phone calls with a representative from our firm on July 23rd or 24th.   

Candidates selected for interviews should expect to interview with members of our firm throughout July/August. If selected for an interview, in-person and virtual interviews will be offered: July 27th - August 4th with additional days added as needed.
