The Opportunity
We are looking for an ambitious recent graduate or MBA from the Newnan area who wants to bypass the typical corporate ladder. Instead of being a small part of a big corporate bureaucracy, you will step directly into a leadership role as our General Manager.
Working side-by-side with the owners as an "Entrepreneur-in-Residence," you will learn the global travel industry while building and managing the critical marketing, operational, and financial systems required to scale a multi-million-dollar enterprise.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
1. Strategic Business Development & Growth
Design and implement a comprehensive, dual-track growth strategy that balances high-touch local business generation with scalable digital customer acquisition. You will orchestrate this plan simultaneously across both fronts—launching targeted digital campaigns and leading local community outreach—while mastering the specialized marketing programs, consumer campaigns, and exclusive products offered through our host agency and consortia. Finally, you will build the tracking mechanisms necessary to analyze performance, evaluate conversion rates, and measure ROI across every lead source to capitalize on the best performing strategies.
2. Operational & Technological Leadership
Manage and fulfill luxury leisure and cruise bookings to master the travel advisory process and understand our customer journey. Leveraging this hands-on insight, you will evaluate existing agency workflows and deploy modern automation tools to maximize efficiency, eliminate repetitive tasks, and remove operational bottlenecks—ultimately creating a comprehensive Operations Manual to guarantee seamless, repeatable client experiences as we grow.
3. Financial Planning & Analysis
Initiate and manage a partnership with a professional bookkeeping service to establish standard financial reporting and take ownership of the agency’s broader financial modeling. You will create a comprehensive financial plan—including annual budgets, revenue targets, and rolling financial projections—and use this data to create a "Business Health Dashboard" tracking key performance indicators, monthly P&Ls, and cash flow.

You possess the natural polish required to network locally—professionally representing the agency to the public and utilizing your local market insight to tailor marketing messages that resonate with our community.
- Marketing Funnel Architecture: Mastery of how the strategic marketing funnel maps directly to the digital customer journey. You possess the marketing acumen to design a lead-generation system from the top of the funnel (awareness) through to the bottom (conversion)—designing the high-converting lead-capture systems (landing pages, forms, and lead magnets) that successfully turn anonymous digital traffic into trackable prospects.
- AI & Marketing Technology Integration: A forward-thinking approach to content creation and system automation. You leverage modern generative AI to efficiently brainstorm, draft, and create marketing materials.
- Network Resource Leverage: Possess the strategic vision to exploit the exclusive products and consumer marketing tools provided by our host agency and consortia network. You will blend these marketing tools with our boutique agency’s local workflows.
- Data-Driven Marketing Analytics: Track the numbers that impact the bottom line: Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), Conversion Rates, and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
Operational & Technological Leadership
- Process and Systems Thinker: A natural aptitude for technology, with the ability to quickly master new software (CRMs, booking platforms) and a strong desire to deploy AI and modern digital tools to eliminate manual workflows.
- Elite attention to detail: You must love mastering every detail and building step-by-step systems.
- Proactive & Resourceful: A self-starting mindset. You figure out how to get things done independently.
- Executive Composure: The adaptability and emotional intelligence required to sell high end vacations, negotiate with vendors, and remain calm and confident when client travel plans get disrupted.
Financial Planning & Analysis
- Financial Literacy: Ability to confidently read and interpret financial data, with the capacity to translate data into actionable budgeting, forecasting, and profit-and-loss analysis.
- Advanced Data Management: High proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (formulas, data organization, and modeling) and the ability to build data dashboards.
Education & Location Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a significant advantage.
- Location: Must be local to or within an easy, reliable commute of the Newnan, GA area for a consistent, daily in-office schedule on the historic Court Square.
First 90-Day Deliverables
You will learn our business by building and managing real business functions alongside the ownership. You will be evaluated on your ability to reach the following milestones:

Month 1 (Financial & Operational Integration):
Finalize the transition setup with our bookkeeping service;
Step directly into the client journey by executing several travel packages to master reservation and itinerary planning systems;
Map out our current day-to-day office processes;
Navigate the financial reporting tools offered by our host agency; -
Month 2 (Financial Planning & Process Analysis)
Build an overarching 12-month financial plan;
implement a real-time Dashboard;
Identify operational bottlenecks limiting our efficiency. -
Month 3 (Strategic Growth Plan):
Formulate and present a comprehensive Business Development blueprint combining local relationship networking with digital marketing funnels including a strategic vision of how to exploit the exclusive products and consumer marketing tools provided by our host agency and consortia network.

As you successfully implement financial modeling, expand our client base, and optimize our day-to-day operations, the agency will expand its front-line advisor headcount.
