About the role 

Procurement Representatives are one of the most crucial roles in the supply chain industry. This forward-facing role is responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with procurement partners. 

Procurement Representatives seek, research, and identify potential procurement partnership opportunities. They vet partners, maintain strong relationships, and build professional rapport. This role includes sourcing capacity, negotiating rates, and solving problems in real time. When done well, it directly impacts our ability to move freight successfully and grow the business. 

Requirements 

• Four-year bachelor’s degree 
• 2 years minimum experience as an enterprise account manager 
• Able to work in-office Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with occasional on-call and overtime hours (we chase the sun!) 
• Based in or near Austin, TX (1702 West 6th Street) 
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Teams, Excel, Outlook, and similar tools
