About the role
Operations Support is an intern-to-hire opportunity designed for someone looking to start and grow their career in logistics.
This role provides hands-on experience in day-to-day operations, working closely with customers, procurement partners, and internal teams to help move freight from origin to destination. An Operations Support team member learns how the business works from the ground up, with direct exposure to communication, problem-solving, and execution in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a four-year bachelor's degree
• Able to work in-office Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with occasional on-call and weekend shifts (we chase the sun!)
• Based in or near Austin, TX
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Teams, Excel, Outlook, and similar tools
