Legacy Innovations is seeking ambitious, driven, and people-focused individuals for an Entry Level Management position in Milwaukee, WI. Entry Level Management Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Represent client brands, products, and services through professional in-person customer engagement.
• Support local marketing campaigns, promotional initiatives, and community outreach efforts.
• Use sales and communication strategies to promote client products and services.
• Build strong customer relationships and create positive customer experiences.
• Assist with customer acquisition, customer retention, and brand awareness initiatives.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve campaign goals and improve performance.
• Participate in team meetings, leadership discussions, and business development activities.
• Help motivate, support, and develop new team members as you gain experience.
• Track customer interactions, campaign results, and performance data.
• Learn client products, services, and brand messaging to confidently communicate benefits.
• Contribute to goal-setting, team development, and daily operational success.
• Maintain a professional image and positive attitude while representing Legacy Innovations and its clients.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who are:

• Based in or able to reliably commute to Milwaukee, WI.
• Interested in an in-person entry-level management, sales, or marketing role.
• Current students, recent graduates, career changers, or early-career professionals.
• Strong communicators with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Outgoing, coachable, and eager to learn.
• Self-motivated with strong time management and organizational skills.
• Team-oriented with leadership potential.
• Comfortable speaking with people, building rapport, and working in a customer-facing environment.
• Interested in career growth, leadership development, business operations, and management.

Previous experience in customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, campus leadership, sports, student organizations, fundraising, or volunteer leadership is a plus, but not required.
