Warehouse & Fulfillment Manager
Warehouse & Fulfillment Manager Rollercam (Dark Canyon, Inc.) — Murray, UT Full-time, on-site
About Rollercam Rollercam designs and manufactures premium, patented cam-buckle tie-down straps and rope-organization gear for the outdoor, overland, and industrial markets. We’re a lean, fast-moving team selling direct through Amazon and Shopify, plus a growing wholesale channel. This role is central to keeping our fulfillment and warehouse operations running smoothly as we scale.
Role Summary We’re looking for a hands-on Warehouse & Fulfillment Manager to own the day-to-day operations of our warehouse — order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, shipping, receiving, and the physical organization of the space. You’ll be the person who keeps product moving out the door and keeps the floor running without daily oversight. This is a working manager role: you’ll be on the floor doing the work, not just directing it.

Quality & Coordination
Perform incoming quality-control checks on factory shipments and flag issues
Coordinate with the team on fulfillment priorities and timelines
Identify and implement improvements to warehouse workflow and efficiency
Qualifications
Required
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with inventory accuracy

Preferred
Experience with Shopify, Amazon Seller Central / FBA, or ShipStation
Familiarity with cycle counting and inventory best practices
Mechanically inclined (equipment upkeep, basic repairs)
Interest in the outdoor, overland, or industrial gear space
What We Offer

A key role in a growing, profitable outdoor brand where your work directly drives the business
A small team where you’ll have real ownership and room to grow
