Operations Intern

Universal Traffic Service is looking for an intern to help out in our Operations Department. UTS is a transportation Management company. The position can start as soon as the applicant is available.

Major duties of this position include:

-Verifying pick-up and delivery status of an order by contacting carriers, clients, or vendors via carrier websites, manifests, telephone, or email, and alerting clients to all service-related issues.

-Investigating data received on shipment status

-Problem solving issues during transport of freight

-Assisting client requests in regards to ETAs, shipment details, etc.
