The Role

We’re looking for a confident, camera-ready personality to join our live shopping team as a TikTok Lives Host Intern. This isn’t your average internship. You’ll be on-camera, live, presenting beautiful jewelry and fashion pieces to a real (and growing) digital audience. Think QVC-style hosting but for a fast-paced Gen Z audience on TikTok and Meta. You’ll sell through personality, storytelling, and product knowledge, and you’ll do it with energy and style. Our live studio has a full professional production team behind you, meaning you’ll be supported every step of the way. And here’s the best part: the same studio where you’ll be going live on TikTok is a fully operating 24/7 television studio. For the right person, this internship is a direct pipeline to becoming a live TV host.

What You’ll Do

  • Host engaging, high-energy TikTok and Meta live shopping sessions showcasing Shop LC’s jewelry and fashion collections
  • Present products with confidence and enthusiasm, highlighting features, styling tips, quality, and value
  • Engage with live viewers in real time: read comments, answer questions, react authentically, and keep the energy high (even when the audience is still growing!)
  • Collaborate with our marketing and social media teams on live content strategy, scripting, and segment planning
  • Help grow and nurture our TikTok and Meta audience through genuine, on-brand storytelling
  • Participate in post-live performance reviews to improve and level up with each session
  • Gain exposure to our full television production studio and live broadcast operation

Who We’re Looking For

This role is made for a fashion-forward, jewelry-loving, camera-confident personality. You’re:

  • A natural on camera: confident, charismatic, and comfortable talking to an audience (even if the viewer count is zero... for now)
  • A fashion girlie through and through: you love jewelry, styling, trends, and you dress the part
  • Gen Z energy with polish: you understand how to speak to a digital audience without losing professionalism
  • Quick on your feet: you can improv, pivot, and keep things fun when live moments go sideways
  • A genuine jewelry and fashion lover: your enthusiasm for the product will come through on screen
  • Eager to grow: you’re here to learn the craft of live hosting and you’re coachable
  • Ages 21–35 and currently available for an in-person internship in Round Rock, TX

Bonus Points If You Have…

  • Experience creating TikTok or Instagram Reels content, going live, or building a personal audience
  • A background in retail, sales, or customer-facing roles
  • Any experience in broadcasting, theater, communications, or media
  • An existing passion for gemstones, fine jewelry, or luxury fashion
