Title: Scientist I - R&D

Contract: 1 Year

Location: High Point, NC

Max PR: $22 per hour 

Job Responsibilities

• Test and release raw materials and finished products in support of internal product development.
• Test stability samples in support of internal product development.
• Assist with lab safety, ordering and lab cleanup.

Education & Qualifications

• A minimum of 1-2 years of related experience with a bachelor's degree; or 0-1 years and an advanced degree or equivalent work experience. Bachelor's Degree is a must.
• An experienced professional with an understanding of analytical development and the ability to resolve a wide range of issues in creative ways.
• CGMP and GLP knowledge.
• Experience in a pharmaceutical lab environment.
• Knowledge in Analytical Chemistry.
• Advanced written and oral communication skills.
• Previous knowledge and experience with HPLC, LC-MS, GC, FTIR, UV-Vis is preferred.
• Ability to work in a lab environment and lift no more than 25 pounds.
