Business Development Associate

About the Role

We’re looking for a driven and resourceful Business Development Associate who’s passionate about building relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving growth in a fast-paced, international environment.

You’ll be part of a global team connecting with merchants, exploring new markets, and helping businesses succeed with FasterPay’s payment solutions. This role is perfect for someone who’s naturally curious, proactive, and thrives on challenges.

What You’ll Do

● Identify and engage high-potential clients across key verticals and markets.

● Build and manage your own sales pipeline — from prospecting and outreach to negotiation and deal closure.

● Understand client needs and present solutions in a clear, consultative way.

● Partner with internal teams (marketing, product, and account management) to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

● Represent FasterPay at client meetings, conferences, and industry events.

● Stay on top of global payment trends and continuously learn about the evolving fintech landscape.

What We’re Looking For

● 2–4 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in fintech, SaaS, or digital services.

● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

● Excellent communication and presentation skills across phone, video, and in- person settings.

● Strong proficiency with LinkedIn and CRM tools for outreach and lead management.

● Ability to explain technical concepts in simple, business-friendly terms.

● Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

● Culturally aware and comfortable working with international teams.

● Willingness to travel for business when needed.
