Position Overview

Are you a current Associate or Bachelor’s degree student looking to add hard hitting, real-world sales and business development experience to your resume this summer?

We are seeking a driven, entrepreneurial Summer Associate to pioneer our retail partnership program across NYC. Your mission is to walk into local yoga studios and wellness boutiques, connect with the owners, and pitch a zero-risk partnership: they host our custom lifestyle candles for free, and we split the wins. This is a pure hustle, commission-and-incentive-based role designed for students who want to prove they can close deals, build a territory, and drive revenue from scratch.

Key Responsibilities

Territory Mapping & Prospecting: Identify and visit independent yoga studios and wellness retailers across targeted NYC neighborhoods.

B2B Pitching: Pitch directly to studio owners and decision-makers, effectively communicating the value of a zero-cost, custom retail partnership.

Account Onboarding: Secure dedicated retail space for sample products, collect partner order details, and launch the account.

Data Tracking: Maintain a pipeline of reached, pitched, and closed accounts to showcase your summer metrics.

Requirements
