Position Overview
The Israel Conference™ is hiring a go-getter, social media maven who can optimize our huge reach and expand our engagement with business executives world-wide.
This role is exciting for one who is experienced with the many platforms for Social Media and has a track-record of creating and expanding engagement.
Position Location
The position is office-based in Brentwood / West Los Angeles.
Position Hours
We are comfortable with at least 3 days per week, expanding to full-time. Our hours start at 9am through 6pm.
Team Spirit and Objectives
The Social Media Manager works with the production and content team members to produce podcasts, shorts, and other communication tools with the objective of expanding our reach and driving engagement.
Key Responsibilities
· Enjoy managing the details of creatively presenting Israel business
· Support the team with marketing materials and social media management
· Prepare post-event surveys, summaries, and data insights
· Podcast Support
· Coordinate communication with participants in the US and Israel
· Support post-production
· Lead the promotion efforts
· Communications and Administration
· At ease using a CRM to maintain accurate information and record interactions
· Engage with team for website updates and social media content
· Draft and manage customized email communications using email management software
Qualifications
· Working Expertise and Knowledge of Social Media platforms
· Good grasp of database and organization of information within a database
· Visual, creative, and attention to detail
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
· Familiar with Israeli business and tech / current events related to Israel and world-wide business
· Hebrew speaker a Plus
