Office Manager

Linebarger Goggan Blair & Sampson, LLP has spent more than 50 years partnering with cities, counties, school districts, and other public entities to support essential government services through effective legal representation and revenue-recovery solutions. We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to support the operations of our Beaumont office and help ensure the efficient delivery of services to our clients.

In this role, you will oversee day-to-day office operations, support collections and litigation teams, and serve as a key point of coordination between internal staff, leadership, and external partners. You will play an essential role in maintaining workflow efficiency, supporting staff development, and ensuring the office runs smoothly in alignment with Firm standards.

What You’ll Do:

  • Oversee daily office operations and ensure efficient workflow across departments
  • Support litigation and collections teams in coordinating case-related activities
  • Serve as a liaison between office staff, attorneys, and external agencies
  • Assist with staff onboarding, training, and general team support
  • Monitor administrative processes and ensure compliance with Firm policies
  • Coordinate communication with clients, courts, and government partners as needed
  • Support reporting, documentation, and operational tracking activities
  • Assist leadership with office planning, events, and administrative initiatives
  • Help manage office resources, vendors, and general facility needs
  • Contribute to maintaining a professional, efficient, and service-oriented office environment

Qualifications:

  • Professional, dependable, and team-oriented approach
  • Experience in office administration, legal support, or operations preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders

Work Location & Travel

This position is based in the Firm’s Beaumont office. Occasional travel or attendance at court, client meetings, or Firm events may be required.
