Greeter - Client Experience

Tiny Jewel Box Greeter- Client Experience Team 

 

The role of the Greeter at Tiny Jewel Box is to give clients a soft landing once they walk through one of three doors that are open to clients six days a week. This role's primary purpose and vision is to welcome all clients with open arms, a warm smile, and an eagerness to help make their visit seamless.

 

Roles and responsibilities: 

  • Welcome clients with a warm and inviting presence. 
  • Offer to assist the clients in finding their desired department and escorting them in that direction.
  • If a client is arriving for an appointment with a sales associate, reach out to the sales associate in question via DialPad to make them aware of the client's arrival and escort the client to the sales associate.
  • Offering hospitality to clients in the store. 
  • First thing in the morning or as directed by the Client Experience Manager, fill in the hospitality area and red Tiny Jewel Box packaging supplies.
  • Any other duties as directed by the Client Experience Manager.

  • Being a Team Player
  • Adhere to Tiny Jewel Box dress code standards. 
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and with precision. 
  • Excellent communication skills. Thinks like a Concierge.
  • Must be articulate and outgoing.
