Position: Marketing & Events Coordinator
Compensation: Salary- Depends on Experience
Location: Grand Rapids, MI
Responsibilities: You will be responsible for elevating our brand presence across digital, print, and in-person experiences. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, attentive to detail, creative, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. This professional would also embody our core values of Grit, Curiosity, and Humility. You will play a key role in designing marketing materials, corporate events, and serving as the primary contact for branded merchandise and promotional initiatives.
Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Design and produce high-quality corporate marketing materials using Canva for:
- Social Media Campaigns
- Website Content
- Print Collateral
- Manage and maintain the corporate events calendar, ensuring all events are well- organized and executed to a high standard.
- Coordinate and execute internal and external company events, including logistics and communications.
- Serve as the primary contact for the company store and promotional items, including coordinating with vendors and overseeing inventory.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support marketing initiatives and brand consistency.
- Maintain strong organization of files, assets, and timelines across multiple projects.

Your Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Background in Marketing, Communications, or Coordinating events.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), Canva, and HubSpot.
- Photography & Videography experience is preferred but not required.
- Self-starter mindset: You’re ready to take initiative, learn quickly, and keep things moving.
- Competitive spirit: You enjoy goals, friendly competition, and celebrating progress along the way.
- Energetic and positive: You bring a can-do attitude and enjoy helping people succeed.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills: Clear and effective communication is essential.
- Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus, but not required.
- Previous experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred but not required.
