Graphic Design Intern
Greenstone Partners is seeking a Graphic Design Intern to join our growing marketing team. This internship offers hands-on experience within the commercial real estate industry, supporting a wide range of marketing initiatives across investment sales, branding, digital media, and business development.
The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and eager to build a professional portfolio while working alongside an entrepreneurial and fast-paced team. This role provides the opportunity to contribute to real-world projects that directly impact active commercial real estate transactions, company branding, and client-facing marketing materials.
Internship Projects
- Throughout the internship, candidates may have the opportunity to work on projects such as:
- Building and organizing a company-wide icon library
- Creating and maintaining a retailer logo library
- Designing neighborhood overview graphics and market snapshots
- Developing visualizations of Greenstone's transaction activity and market presence
- Creating mapping overlays, infographics, and conceptual 3D renderings for marketing and business development purposes
- Assisting with branding initiatives and creative asset management
Qualifications
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically:
- Adobe InDesign
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, composition, and visual hierarchy
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with mapping, illustration, motion graphics, data visualization, or 3D rendering is a plus, but not required
Compensation
- Hourly pay: $20.00 per hour
- Part-time internship with flexible scheduling based on academic commitments and business needs
