What You'll Be Doing

• Being the first point of contact for customers — in person, face to face
• Handling questions, solving problems, and creating a positive experience every single interaction
• Working closely with your team to keep the day running smoothly and efficiently

• Dependable and able to reliably commute within the Greater Cleveland area

• Customer service experience is a bonus but we're happy to train the right person
