PCH Beauty is a modern spa in St. Joseph, MO built around one idea — beauty professionals and clients both deserve better. We're a small, tight-knit team that takes our craft seriously and has a good time doing it.
About the Role
You're the first and last impression every client has of us — but you're also helping shape how the world sees us online. You'll have real input on our social media presence across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
What You'll Do
- Greet and check in clients
- Manage bookings via our spa software (Phorest)
- Handle retail sales and product recommendations
- Keep the spa running clean and efficiently
- Assist with social media content — capturing moments, drafting captions, scheduling posts
- Contribute ideas for campaigns, promotions, and brand storytelling
What We're Looking For
- Strong communicator — in person, on the phone, and online
- Organized and reliable
- Comfortable on camera or behind it
- Studying communications, marketing, PR, or a related field
- Spa or customer-facing experience preferred but not required
