About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Lead Pinterest Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about social media, has a strong understanding of content creation, and is eager to learn about the podcasting industry. We include a letter of recommendation from BOTH our Founder and Head of Operations after a completed internship.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Pinterest social media strategies to grow our online presence
- Guide the production of, and engage in, creating engaging Pinterest content for our social media channels, including text, images, and videos
- Monitor and respond to social media comments and messages
- Create content from podcast interviews, including blog posts, articles, and social media posts
- Assist with podcast production tasks, such as scheduling guests and managing logistics
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in social media and podcasting
Qualifications:
- Proficient in social media post timing and growth
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Pinterest
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Experience with content creation tools, such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite
- Passion for storytelling
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
