What You Will Get

  • Consistent Lead Flow: Work from real inbound inquiries and opportunities, supported by our inside sales team to help book appointments and maintain consistent activity
  • Hands-On Training: Live training and role play sessions 2–4 times per week (not just shadowing other agents), plus access to our private training platform

What We Are Looking For

  • Sales experience preferred (outside sales, account executive, inside sales, retail, B2C, B2B)
  • Real estate license required or in progress in the state of New Jersey
  • Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing a flexible schedule
  • Exceptional sales skills with the ability to achieve and exceed goals
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable using digital tools and CRM systems

Compensation

This role offers a performance-based income structure with significant earning potential based on results

  • Targeted Year 1 Earnings: $55,488 – $312,284+
  • Top performers significantly exceed this range.

Compensation is driven by closed transactions, with the opportunity to scale income as you develop your skills and pipeline.
